I would try and do some different exercise, mix it up, I know you find exercise a struggle but maybe you haven't found what's right for you. That's what my leader suggested after I plateau'ed for 5 weeks. Perhaps start measuring your portions too. Good luck and hugs! You keep doing what you're doing, and you will see results. It is so great that you are eating well and I hope you will not get discouraged. The darn scale just sometimes doesn't do what we want it to do! When I was on WW years ago someone suggested that I vary my points over the course of the week if I got stuck. If you have not tried this or heard of it, you can find stuff about it by searching "wendie plan."
