An act of kindness needed.

Usually I can see a drop on my scales at home by Sunday night, from my Thursday night weigh in, but not last night. I am still at the same weight. I am not at goal yet and I still have more weight to drop so I hope this isn't a sign that my body thinks I am done losing. Like I have heard the closer you get to goal the slower and harder it is to lose. I just hope I can see some sort of loss every week til then.

I am nervous with my foot being in a cast for God knows how long, that I wont just give up. I think, now more than ever, I need my weight loss friends support. Counting on ALL of you to get me through this hardship. Thank you for you thoughtfulness.

  1. You can do this. You can do this. You can do this. I'm not typically a "leave a link to your blog in the comments section" kind of gal, but maybe what I just finished writing about will help you a little. You have every reason to stop working out during your cast session. I've been there first hand. Now is when you have to dig deep and remember why you're doing this in the first place. Cast or not, you can do it, and I know it!

Thinking of you! Fellow "baseball bat to the heal" sister!

  2. Just remember that it's your choice if you give up or not, and you don't have to choose to give up. You are a strong woman and you can do this!! Anytime you feel like giving up, just say that to yourself. "I'm a strong woman and I can do this"!! It's true.

  3. Lesia...who's in charge..."YOU" or that boot!!
:D Come on girlfriend!! Kick it in the arssss!!

  4. Stay in control! Its about you and only you. The cast is just a distraction right now and it will go away. Dont lose sight of what the results will bring.
